  1. How will I receive the trading signals?  You will receive the trading
    signals by e-mail, SMS Text Messaging to your cell phone and the
    chat room.
  2. Is there a password to enter the chat room?  Yes.  Pedro changes the
    password every Sunday.
  3. Does the chat room have audio?  Yes. But most of the time he does not
    use the audio because is late here in San Francisco and his little 2
    year old daughter is sleeping.
  4. When will Pedro be in the chat room?  Pedro will be in the chat room
    every time he finds a trade and he will also trade important news
    events when possible.
  5. Does Pedro trade before the spikes?  No.  Pedro will only make a
    trade after the spike if there is an opportunity to enter the market.  This
    way we don't have to worry about wide spreads.
  6. What is the stop loss that Pedro use?  Most of the time 20-30 pips stop
    loss and sometime 30-50 pips for trades that have a potential of 100
    pips profit.
  7. Is Pedro a Fundamental or Technical trader?  Pedro trades with both
    fundamentals and technical indicators.  "Pedro is not an economist"
  8. What are the trading hours?  Most of the trades are from 00:00 to 14:
    00 Pacific Time - 7:00 to 22:00 GMT
  9. What is the refund policy?   No refunds will be made for
    unused or unwanted subscriptions.
  10. What time zone do the signals and website show?  All e-mail signals
    and open/close positions on members area are GMT.
